The Pro Bike Tool upright bike stand has a defective plastic bottom plate (part e) and a broken piece that attaches to the metal long bar (part b). I’ve emailed support four times over the past two weeks, but haven’t received any response. So much for their claim “We pride ourselves in responding within 24 hours”. I have requested a full refund, since the item comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. At the time of this writing, I have not received any response. My only recourse will be to contact my credit card company and file a complaint.
The manual for assembly states: "We pride ourselves in responding within 24 hours." One of two upright stands came without the holes in the base being tapped. I e-mailed "support@probiketool" three times, the first on September 29th. It is now Oct 9 and still no response!!!! The customer service is non existent!
Just hope you don't have an issue with any product you buy from ProBikeTool.com
As noted in my prior review, after 2.5 months of repeatedly trying to exercise the company's return policy, I have gotten exactly one response, which said basically, "Sorry, we're really busy right now". I'm going to have to resell these items on my own to recoup my cost.
If you are going to purchase, do it through a reseller with a known return process like Amazon. Don't buy direct if you have any though of needing support.
