Torque Wrench Set

Skeptical at first because of how much cheaper this torque wrench is than other reputable brands covering 2-20Nm +/-4% accuracy but feels well made and works fine so far, it is quite small. Being able to adjust by 0.1Nm incriments is useful. Beware the click is VERY subtle at low torque values so you need to feel for it. Hopefully it lasts!

I purchased this tool a few years ago. I have only used it about 6 times. I pulled it out of its case to adjust my seat the other day in its almost brand new condition. While setting the torque, the head did not 'snap' as a torque wrench of this type is supposed to do. I verified this many times and after re-setting. I attempted to contact warranty support to utilize the advertised "Lifetime Warranty", but keep getting a non-deliverable response to my inbox. There are no other ways to get a hold of the company. I spent a lot on this tool hoping it was a quality brand, and now cannot even utilize the services promised upon purchase. I will be buying Park tool and other brand named tools in the future and am very disappointed with the whole process with Pro Bike Tool!
