Torque Wrench Set

It's been over 2 weeks and still haven't received the wrench set

Build and feel are nice... I bought one because I needed if for a job with 5nm and happily stored it "for future use". Now that I need it to adjust screws at 15nm... I find out that it will NOT go past 7 nm.... the thing is simply defective, but I purchased it a few years back, so I'm certain not to get any support from Customer Support as the . Turning the shaft while pulling the collar yields no results, it just turns in place.- You'd really have to check it for proper function, but I'm not sure that I'd recommend it at all.

I bought this in 2021 and the ratchet mechanism now slips with any torque applied to it. I contacted customer support and they responded in a couple of days that the torque wrench was out of warranty. I enjoyed this tool while it lasted.
