So I upgraded my old bike’s caliper brake to Ultegra and have to upgrade the cableline as well. Was looking for an alternative to park tool’s and found this one and works like a charm. Highly recommend this for people like me who are on a budget.

Great Value Solid Tool
Saved $30 vs the park tool cutters and they work perfectly fine. Only thing it's missing is a crimper but that's not worth the extra cost IMO.
