I purchased this torque tool to work on my bike. Did a search and was going to buy a tried and true Park Tools torque tool, but decided to save a little money and get the Pro Bike Tool T-Torque Tool. Just got it today, opened up the box, very beautiful tool. Nothing fancy, but nice anodized red handle. Tried to adjust the settings and it wouldn't budge. Puked on the adjuster dial and nothing. It does say may require some force, and yes, it did require a lot of force, that I thought I was going to break it. Was thinking of returning it at this point, but got it to move. I'll be installing a new bike stem, so if this tool doesn't do the job back it goes. I'll give it a try.
