Needed to take my front wheel off but couldn't as no 5mm hex. Fortunately I was able to flag down another cyclist who was able to help. Reading other comments the 5mm hex is a fitting on the 4mm that falls off easily. I've never seen it so don't know if it was delivered without one or it fell off. Seriously not fit for purpose.
