Adjustable T Torque Wrench

So I have used this a handful of times and on on stems. It spun partially at first and now it completely has lost it's use as a torque wrench. It will tighten but not completely and won't torque anything down. So No Bueno!

The wrench is perfect. Compact an simple. Great design, all my carbon and aluminum parts are torqued to the correct spec.

Received this for Christmas this year, what a disappointment. Does not work right out of the box, just spins and spins. Save your money. Totally useless. Hope the full size racket one works better, have not had a chance to use that one yet. I would not get this any stars.
